According to the Paypal policy, to protect the deal, we only ship to the address that is shown on Paypal.

2. We accept Bank Transfers.

You will find bank information below or on checkout page. Please choose the Bank Transfer option while using the checkout page.

Bank transfer payment should be made within 1-2 days after your order. Or you should contact us for communication.

Please make sure you paid all transfer fee of bank. (including the fee of intermediary bank if there is one . We need the right/correct amount to reach our account, or your otherwise your order will be delayed.

After you have transfered the money, please contact us and send the amount/transfer details and any other(necessary) information. It takes about 1-2 days for the transfer to reach our account. We will send you an notice once we receive it.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. Shipping & Tracking

Please provide us with detailed and correct address that can be reached by the international express delivery.

The recipients' telephone number is very important, please also provide a correct telephone number.

The risk of parcel loss would be passed to customer if it is caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Return and resend fee should be paid by the customers in this case.

We will ship all orders in 1-2 working days after your payment is received. If unfortunately your order is delayed by some reason, like out of stock, holidays, shipping issue etc, we will send an email to notice this and consult with you.

2. Shipping to European countries

ALL Items in Our Website are shipped via Priorytary Air mail to all European countries. Delivering them usually takes 3-10 days . No tracking numbers are available for this type of postage.

Shipping via REGISTERED air mail is only available in order that cost more than 50 EUR (You can track your packet(s) in www.bgpost.bg)

RETURN:

1 . Customer should contact us for a return authorization and advice refund or exchange details . We will release authorziation and provide you with a return address.
2 . Unworn or defective merchandise should be returned within 14 days from the date on which the merchandise was received.
3 . The merchandise and the package itself must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
4 . Customer should also include/contain a note with a description of the order number, reason, action, communicate history etc. So that we could handle your return case as soon as possible/ASAP.
5 . Returns are recommend to be shipped via a tracable carrier, like registered mail. We will not be responsible for package lose if the returned parcel is not tracable.
6 . Return fee should be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept COD delivery.
